What is quality actually?
The standard says the following:
"Aquirement of a whole of inherent (lat. inherently) characteristics of a product, a system or a process for the fulfilment of requests of customers and other interested parties."

For our company quality means:
"Quality is, when the customer comes back and not the product!"
If we had to describe it still more in detail, we would say:
Quality is the dimension, in which customer expectations are fulfilled or exceeded. The customer sets the desired value for the quality. He determines by its requests and expectations, what quality is - both with the products and with the service achievements.
As you can see the customer always takes the center stage for us. At it our managerial policy and our company targets are aligned.
Basic condition for an alive quality management system is a management which completely stands behind that and naturally high-motivated woman employees and coworkers.
