If you have problems with your machine or your complete production is not working, then we will be available. This applied naturally during the guarantee period and outside the guarantee period.
According to our experience the most arising errors can be clarified by telephone or by e-mail by our qualified service team.
Furthermore we offer new trend-setting service possibilities by remote maintenance via Internet. With our remote maintenance tool NetViewer your end user and our service team can look one another via internet connection at the screen. So together any application can be discussed and worked on: Explanation of the control surface, control of the machine parameters, fault-tracing etc. Because so more efficiently can be communicated you will save time, money and nerves.
By the modular structure of the CNC machine systems you can change easily exchangeable components by yourself. If the defective part was located from our service technicians, we will send out promptly a replacement in order to minimize the downtimes.
If necessary a service technician will immediately come to you.
You reach our experts from Mondays to Thursday between 08:00 a.m. and 06:00 p.m and on Friday between 08:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m.
