The product group ‚economy' includes our Low Cost - machine systems of the series ICP, ICV, EUROMOD and FLATCOM, which are already used for many years successfully in the industry, trade and in education. The machines are available as stepper motor as well as servo motor machines and ideal for machining of materials like plastics, wood, light alloys and so on. The power limits result from the travel strokes and dimensions of the machines. Smaller workpieces will be preferred for machining for not highly exact range at simple 2D and 3D applications.

Various application possibilities characterise the compact and sturdy machines of the product group „HSC Premium“, which set new standard in puncto accuracy, functionality and efficiency at the market. With the professional HSC Premium series you manufacture more quickly by HSC technology for fastidious and highly exact CNC tasks. The systems offer a broad spectrum of flexibility and processing options: machining from 3 up to 5 axes (fast retrofitting), linear motor technique, extension to a measuring machine or laser digitization for quality control.

CNC special

This product group hits our philosophy »plug-finished CNC-complete systems« in the core. Innumerable CNC variants can be realized by the most varied construction possibilities of the individual mechanical components, the open control systems, paired with high performance processing units. In this chapter we present our CNC sytems which we realize by the »integration of mechanics, electronics and software« to finished customized complete systems for special applications.

3D measuring technique

A CNC machine can be used not only for milling, but also as a multi sensor measuring machine with the contactless point or line laser sensors for the Reverse Engineering process (surface feedback) or the 3D measurment technique (quality assurance). By the subsequent treatment of the digitized data with the surface feedback programs SurfaceExplorer and PointMaster the process chain closes. The professional CAD / CAM - software solutions, which we make possible with strong partners, permit a programming of numerous processing strategies for the different i-mes machines. With the selection and development of the software tools we attached consciously importance to the following characteristics: Intelligent functions - easily to use - short time to market! Please note that all isy versions are only executable up to Windows Vista 32 bit!

CNC drives

Co-ordinated with the appropriate field of applications we set highly developed electronics and controllers for the different drive systems of stepping motor technology, DC and AC servo technology, linear motor technology. Particularly for the technically interested user we would like to go into in more details of our high performance control systems in this section. With the choose of the control / drive system for a CNC machine we will be glad to advise you, because the drive system does not decide only on a high-quality machine system, but rather also the associated software functions of the control program.
